Founded by Susanna Buricchi PhD in Art History at the University of Florence, Artours devots to the creation of art tours and travels alongside art historical information, exhibit and museum reviews that you will find in our blog and website.
Artours provide an advisory service to international agencies and tour operators who want to offer to their clients exclusive and taylor made cultural tours in Italy. It offers also highly qualified services for guided tours to the art cities in Italy, to museums, art galleries and exhibits, wine, food, crafts and Made in Italy special tours.
As a residents in and expert of Florence, Tuscany, and the Italian art, as an author of books about the Renaissance, Florence and the Uffizi Gallery, many of which translated also in different languages, with skills in communicating Art acquired teaching Art History to Italian and American Students and working as an Official Tour Guide Susanna Buricchi offers her support and knowledge for the Artours clients.
She has years of experience in the art and cultural tourism field and she works with a network of brilliant young Italian people, passionate of their work like art historians and tour guides, winemakers, chefs, owners of charming hotels, villas and wonderful properties all over Tuscany and cool artisans and creative people.
